Hiyoh! Call me D. I was born in S. America descended from Spain now living in TN. I do Arnold Schwneggers level 1 weight lifting program every other day and other days SDC with jump rope, abs, and misc. I have 3 CCLs and iam training to be an SDC instructor and amateur gunsmith for gun cosmetics and basic maintenance. I weightlift and train at 4 am every day except for rest days. I do IT as my main job and multi-media\graphic design on the side.
