Yeah for sure. I have been using the power plate move which is proven to have greater fiber activation, hormonal improvement, etc.. I use it every day and doing a 30 sec static arm push up on it in between sets creates soreness on the weightlifting set at the same weight. I normally use the BFR for tendon therapy for flooding the tendon with blood as well as doing an elbow stand after every session which is frankly the best posture of hatha yoga, which I have been doing for a few years, but the Arnold stretching is pretty thorough though. I do add a bridging posture for the back. Bad ergonimics gave me terrible tendonitis in my right shoulder and tricep but its mostly gone now thanks to the therapy. I use the basic BFR and not the fancy stuff, as well I have the Boss Rutten lung conditioner but I have to find it again. One thing that also increases the mitochondrial fuel is methlyn blue mixed with 8oz of water which I take prior to work out as well as the runners legs caustic acid remover. I have yet to do a workout under red light but I might try it because flooding a room with red light gives it a lot of energy, literally filling it with photons of that wavelength band. I have got so many red light machines; head, men’s health, giant whole body bag, mouth, etc.. Highly recommend it and its proven as per the trials.
