Hi Graeme here from Australia. Unfortunately I have severely damaged my right shoulder recently and dislocated and fractured the socket and tore the muscles from the bone. I am now waiting for a replacement joint and Hope to ease into this course to keep movement happening. PS I’m 74 yo but reasonably active and semi fit . Thanks Damian
