Well when I talked to my dad about it, who has high blood pressure, he said that was a possibility and before he got on meds he would experience that sometimes too. But I don’t have health insurance right now so I haven’t been to the doctor in over a year but when I had it checked then it wasn’t high but borderline like 130/85 or something but I just attributed to stress or white coat syndrome. I mean I work out and eat healthy(for the most part) and I’m still in my 20’s but high bp and cholesterol run in my family because my dad has it and his dad had it before he passed away so it may just be in the genes. I’m just hoping it’s not some kind of blockage in the carotid arteries because that’s near where the pain starts and spreads up into my head like my skull is in a vice.
