Let pain be your guide. Just like in the manual and the module. Start with about 25 rep sets for each hand.

Do the fore knuckles, the edge of hand, the heel of hand and the web of hand (hand yoke in module 2).

Bruising stop and heal.
Bleeding stop and heal.

Try to do this when you are not pumped with adrenaline like watching TV. IT depends what you’re watching but if you are jacked up, you’re break something. :shock:
