Most people don’t think like you. Most people go about their lives sticking their heads in the sand. A difficult thing for people like us to do is to imagine a life where you believe:
1. Real fights are like movies and ufc
2. You can shoot to only injure your target
3. You can “control” any assailant with a flick of the wrist or a poke of a finger.
The same people also believe:1. All government is good or…
2. All government is bad
3. The check is in the mail
4. I’m on birth controlIt is up to people like us to educate those we can to the realities of the evil SOB’s of the world.
Just like my broker tells me how to invest wisely. My insurance agent makes sure I have the right coverage and my mechanic makes sure my car is running correctly.
Because you know something doesn’t mean everybody else does. The information you take for granted, is the same information that will save someone’s ass.
Everybody should know something about saving their own skin. But only a fraction of the population (approximately 22 million world wide) are involved in some form of training and approximately twice that is conducting any martial arts/ self defense research.
That leaves 648,030,277 either too young to know any better or just to ignorant to care.

Excellent points Damian. Your shoot to injure coment reminded me of a convo I had with a woman last week. In which I suggested to her that she get a firearm and all related training to that firearm as well as the SDCTS intro program. Her responce blew my mine so much so that I was speechless for a minute as my mind try to play catch up to her amazingly ignorant statement.
And I quote. ” Nah Im just gonna get me a knife and cut the mother fucker. I dont want the police to think Im trying to kill anyone.”
Wow. Just Wow. When I regained my faculties. I asked her if she was serious. She had to be joking after all. She said “yah…I dont need all of that…just a knife”
I started to retort but I seen it was falling on deaf ears so I just walked away. Guess Ill be looking for her on the news

How about two rotweilers and a .12 gauge, how’s that for a security system.Rott[u:k8lmz1fl]weilers are good if their Shitzhunde trained, they won’t eat anything unless given to them by the Boss. Therefore they won’t be distracted or posioned by a big juicy steak. Also dogs have been known to get shot. Also make sure you have shells with a little less bulk than deer slug or buck shot for in-home protection. Get a shell with the smallest pellet. It’ll still put someone down at close range but it won’t go through walls quite as easy or penetrate as far.
