I Don’t Have Time…

I just received a return from a person who said, They don’t have time to even watch a module.

This I find amusing. “I don’t have time.” Translates to “I don’t want to”. Translates into “I am going to play the odds and hope that no one ever bothers me.”

I use the phrase “Train Honestly” and I take it extremely seriously. Be honest with your technique, be honest about your methods, be honest with your training partners and friends, but above all…be honest with yourself.

Being busy is temporary. I am positive that if we followed this person around for 24-7 we would find 30 minutes, two times a week for training (even on the busiest week).

So save your breath and please just say you don’t want to, your tired. Heck, tell me this program is awful – I can respect that! But don’t tell me you don’t have time to even WATCH something you’re interested in.

For this I have little patience and no understanding.
