      Hi, am sorry have taken much time to reply this. The areas i want u 2 visit are:- how to be flexible, and and kicks, punches and blocks how to do them.

      John,

      You don;t need to be flexible to do defend yourself with the SDTS. If you want to get flexible for health, then I suggest Yoga.

      Remember you only have to lift your foot about 24 inches to kick ass.
