Last night we had a great workout, Jason S. was indoctrinated into a Judo Randori (sparring) class.
First, the normal warm up. then we did 100 uchikomi (fit ins) of our favorite techniques. Next we did Shark Bait
5 in a group, the man one guy stays out for 6 minutes, the others rotate in. Any point scored constitutes a partner change.
Every went for 6 minutes, a total of 30 minutes of randori.
After that we pulled out the agility ladder and did our usual circuits of animal crawls, hops, pops, pull ups and V-seats I know the crew is feeling it today.
