      This module serves as the foundation of the intro to self defense course (10 lesson self defense) that our Professional instructors teach.

      You may not think you can take on all comers, but ANY ONE can escape from even the most determined assailant by using these methods.

      Module 5 Techniques of Escape and Evasion includes:

      1. Bladed Stance and Foot Work
      Hand Striking
      2. Bladed stance with Finger Dart
      3. Thumb Spear
      4. Edge of hand
      5. Back Fist
      6. Double Palm Smash or Double Chin Jab
      7. Double Axe Chop
      8. Forward Hooking Elbow
      9. Forward hooking elbow with a pivot
      10. Reverse Hooking Elbow with Pivot
      11. Reinforced Elbow
      12. Rear Elbow
      13. Rear High Elbow
      14. Double Forearm Shiver
      15. Downward Elbow Smash

      Leg Techniques
      16. Whip Kick
      17. Side Kick or Side Boot Smash
      18. Pivot Kick
      19. Rear Mule Kick
      20. Rear Heel Stomp
      21. Front stomp
      22. Forward Knee Jab
      23. Combinations
      A. Front: Blade, finger dart, whip kick
      B. Blade, finger dart, whip kick (2 directions)
      C. Blade, finger dart, whip kick (4 directions)
      D. Front: Blade, finger dart, whip kick, edge of hand high, edge of hand low

      E. Front: Blade, finger dart, whip kick, back fist high, back fist low

      F. Front: Blade, finger dart, whip kick to the front, Rear: rear elbow low, rear elbow high

      G. Front: Blade, finger dart, whip kick, Rear: Edge of hand, double chin jab, knee jab, double vertical edge of hands, Back to the Front: Rear mule kick, rear elbow low, rear elbow high

      H. Front: Blade, finger dart, whip kick, Side Left: Pivot kick, low edge of hand, high edge of hand

      I. Rear: Rear heel smash, rear high elbow, edge of hand, Front: Finger dart, whip kick, back fist high, reinforced elbow to the mid section

      J. Front: Blade, finger dart, side kick, Side left: Pivot elbow reinforced elbow mid and elbow high

      From the preview video I have drawn the conclusion that this is a multiple opponent video at its core? It seems this where something along those lines would go….least it is where I would put it in the series :D

      Technically, everything is a multiple assailant video. We know you can only fight one guy at a time, so you need to assume there are other people there, keep moving forward, keep taking ground. So everything is at its core multiple assailant.

      Mod 5 is more about first line self defense, weapon retention and survival. This is what we teach LEO and military when they are carrying side arms. It is also excellent for teaching ANYONE self defense.

      Create space limit body weight and stay mobile.

      Thanks Damian. This is where I had to stop due to some cash flow problems. Ill be looking to resume soon. Was wondering what I had to look forward too.

      I understand and it’s never a problem. Keep in mind we’re going up 10% in the next 4 to 6 weeks.

      Keep training with what you have and keep participating on the forum.
