New Member and kudos to Mr Ross AND Customer Service

I wanted to say hello to all SDC members. I am a new member and really enjoy Mr Ross system. It works and is very doable for most anyone. My hat is also off to the customer service dept. I had experienced some financial trouble that was going to cease my subscription to future mods. Customer Serivce worked with me above and beyond and, even though my email for an RA number was pretty intimidating and harsh, we were able to work out a new schedule for future modules and no return was needed.

This system is, at first, comparable to other Close Quarter Combat systems out there except for the fact that Mr Ross teaches this in a new and very effective way. Once you get “into” the drills and application of these moves you realize this system is NOT like others. It stands by itself in performance in the field, just where you need something to work.

Im glad to be on board with SDC and look forward to hearing from others in the field. My history is in JKD and TKD and SDC fits very well with what Ive learned .

Thanks Gary and welcome and thanks for the kudos. Remember all of the customer service emails, etc are meant to work in conjunction with the marketing and are all tongue in cheek (or foot in ass) whichever your preference.
