(Disclaimer: In no way am I bashing SDTS/Combatives I am supporter of Damian Ross’s work)
I’ve read some bad reviews online about combatives, mainly on the bullshido site and some comments on functional self defense blog. Perhaps not the sites themselves but individuals posting their blog comments. Now I guess I’m a proponent of Combatives, I also like boxing, muay thai, Sammy Franco’s material. My question can anyone provide some more validity of this system perhaps real world video footage of combatives being used in a real life situation? Also what does everyone think of combining different RBSD systems like Krav Maga, CFA, TFT, MMA? Not trying to start an argument just some friendly conversation between Self Defense enthusiasts.
