Thanks for reaching out.
The site https://www.theselfdefenseco.com says it all. There are previews of all of the modules with ACTUAL FOOTAGE FROM THE PRODUCT.
Close Combat Training: Pizzo was my student for a short period of time and shot the footage in my studio when we he handled the marketing and distribution of my material.
Target Focus Training: I have no idea what this product is about so it would be unfair for me to judge it on content.
Listen, I’m probably the last guy to talk about what’s on other people’s programs because I never needed them. I know what works. I do it, I teach it and get on with my life.
Why don’t you take a free trial of all the programs and decide for yourself?
You can take a free trial of The Self Defense Training System here:
https://www.theselfdefenseco.comAfter you experience all of the programs, then you can make an educated decision.

A good idea that turned into a martial art.

From my research on it, it takes the best parts of the different martial arts and adds non lethal stuff like how to arrest people. Does the self denfense co make something that teaches you to kill and how to arrest people like when you are on a peace keeping mission?

Hey this is great, how about you get the military to teach these to the people who serve, then who could mess with America? I will order as soon as I get the money.
