      So I know Damian runs. I did a few years ago but it’s not a form of cardio I really enjoyed. Along with working techniques and hitting shit daily I do 3 days of weights. Nothing too crazy as my goals are more focused on training like a Muay Thai practitioner as opposed to “body building” and daily yoga (yes I love to get my zen on lol) I did add a stationary bike into my routine for my steady state Cardio and I do prefer that to running. What are you guys doing for steady state Cardio if anything? I’d love to hear how our Legion members are training.
