Where are all the killing-points, the techniques for them, and the tactics how to apply them against multiple attackers.

      Ben Smith

To answer your question, a hand grenade should do the trick.

Is there any particular reason you want to know this information?

YES, FOR SELF DEFENSE. I WILL BUY A HAND GRENADE.

But if a hand grenade isn’t handy a tactical air strike will work.

Fellow legion member Young Wang and I were discussing this about a good way to deal when confronted by multiple attackers. This isn’t necessarily a tactic to kill multiple attackers but still increases your chances of escape and survival. If you can get one of the attackers into a reverse Japanese strangle and start biting flesh, gouging eyes, and kneeing him controlling him using him as a shield between you and his buddies and this is even more important if they are armed while at the same time taking their morale and will to keep trying to harm you right out from under them when they see how far you’re willing to go to survive. After you think you’ve done enough damage shove your victim into the rest of them and make a run for it.

Agreed. Using one as a shield is good if you can get it.

You may also try and use footwork to “stack them”. What I mean is to move to a position where your opponents are more or less lined up in a row (I know, easier said than done.) This way they have less opportunity for a multiple attack like they would if they could flank you on more than one side. It gives you a better chance to fight one at a time instead of all together.

Also, I’ve been in near riot situations where me and my partner were outnumbered about, oh, 300 to 1, while trying to break up a party. We discovered, quite by accident mind you, that if you take out the biggest, baddest dude first, his “mates” tend to stand down rather quickly. When I’m crouched with my knee grinding into 300 lb. guy’s jawbone, and an ASP baton in my hand, his 150 lb. buddy is now not so brave. Laugh So, worse case scenario, if you can’t talk your way out of it, target the “leader” and chin jab his ass into next week!

[Damian Ross] covers multiple opponents throughout the SDTS program. Of course, watch the lessons (more importantly, DRILL the lessons!) but bottom line, just start kicking and hacking and flip the switch (i.e., get the opponents to switch from offensive attack to defensive, “holy shit” mode as quickly as possible.) They’ll figure out you’re not the soft target they were looking for pretty damn fast.

      Stay Safe.

At the end of the day you can only fight 1 person at a time.

The goal is to get rid of that person as fast as possible.

But then there are times where you can’t escape and using that person as shield is a good idea (also if you’re on the ground and pull them over you as cover). These are last resort tactics.

James, I knew you were a little crazy…now I know just HOW crazy Laugh.

Ha! Yeah, that was a bad one. Unfortunately the S hit the fan rather fast pretty much as soon as we arrived. We reacted more on instinct than anything else. Trust me, it wasn’t cuz I’m some Billy Bad Ass… I was screaming for back up on the radio. Dispatch later said I sounded like an 11 year old girl Laugh

Soooo, yeah. Real tough guy here. Laugh

Yeah- that’s an “OH SHIT” moment.

Yea don’t know about you but if I’m in a gang and I see a little guy ripping the eyeball out of my big bad leader, yea I just might back down too.
