Anyone who trains feels like that. It’s really only once in a while that you really feel like training (a new module usually does the trick) a new piece of equipment or new routine will trick you into wanting to get the job done.
But sometimes that isn’t enough. Every every elite athlete to everyone who has a gym membership feel the same way. A trick I use is to tell myself, just warm up. Before I know it, I’m into it again. A lot of times I have a great session as a result of it.
