      Alright guys. Time to get to it. If you’re not using the Elite Workout of the week material you’re really missing out. Plug into that training and join me on a kick ass journey.       Went through Week 4 this morning. Did 40 mins and then finished up with a few rounds of boxing on the heavy bag. Love how you can make this workout your own. Really love that my workouts consist of hitting shit hard. Get to it and tell me which week is your favorite and why.
