    1. Glad you like that. What I was working with my student was 30 second all out rounds with a 1 minute rest. Work up to 10-15 rounds. Awesome workout but also let’s you develop your skills on the ground. I recommend adding a few secondary tools in a long with it. Head butts, chest smears, bites, eye gouges, and bouncing the head off the ground.
