I have been training from around 12 and have always loved the practical aspect of the martial arts ,Right up to today at 29 I have trained in taekwondo, judo, mma, aikido, krav maga etc. But nothing compares to the practicality and common sense of the SDTS. I have been studying the videos and doing the drills for a bit but it feels as all gaps in knowledge are taking into account. It is like a complete education on self defense is totally covered. No need for fancy moves etc. Just what works for anyone under stress. I look forward to keep learning.
