Self Defense Company Launches Training on Campus

Beirut, Lebanon – The Lebanese American University CEP (LAU-CEP) announced today that it will include The Self Defense Company’s training programs in it’s curriculum. Over the past year, Self Defense Company Instructor Mario Karam Jr. has been working closely with the university to get the programs accepted.

LAU is an accredited American university operating in Beirut and Byblos, Lebanon, under a charter from the State of New York.

Instructor Karam has began teaching the Family Safe Program to families on campus and has now expanded to 60 Minute Self Defense and finally, the Self Defense Training System that will be available for students this fall.

Instructor Karam has been teaching Family Safe to ages 4-12 at LAU-CEP summer camp “They told me it was one of the best summer camps in Lebanon – the Family Safe program went fantastic and the results are SUPERB.”

Moving forward the Self Defense Company Lebanon will be launching a joint certification INTRO course on September 3rd at LAU by teaching a 6 hour course in one big neat PowerPoint presentation and later on the SDTS for those who are serious and want to take the next step including the Guardian Defensive Tactics/Police Combatives for LAU security officers.
