But before you do that…
Most issues are fixed by three things…
1. Enable your browser’s cookies.
This site needs to “remember” who you are. If you disable your cookies, you might not be able to log in and access your programs. In fact, you will be brought to the “sales page” of the program which is both frustrating and aggravating.
If you don’t know how to enable your cookies – just set your browser to its default settings.
2. Clearing your browser history and cache.
This is a good habit to get into since this effects the performance of ALL sites.
