Purchased the Phoenix stuff a few hours ago, yet access still denied.
Sent multiple emails to 24/7 customer service line, yet no response.
Doubt I’m one of the “lucky 100”, probably more like the lucky 10,000, but in either case would like to see that I get whatever I paid to receive.
So far, no response from anyone in your org, which is not a confidence-builder.
Please let me know what gives.
