Access Denied after purchase of Phoenix

Hello,
Purchased the Phoenix stuff a few hours ago, yet access still denied.
Sent multiple emails to 24/7 customer service line, yet no response.
Doubt I’m one of the “lucky 100”, probably more like the lucky 10,000, but in either case would like to see that I get whatever I paid to receive.
So far, no response from anyone in your org, which is not a confidence-builder.
Please let me know what gives.

I’m sure you’ll hear back, if you haven’t already. Damian and crew have always been very responsive to me. As far as Phoenix, I started watching it tonight. Excellent so far. I think you’ll like it. Hopefully you’re in it now, or will be soon!

Hi Anders a few things…

First, you purchased ww2 Defendu – that’s at the bottom of your dashboard.

If you attempt to access programs to which you don’t have access…you’re going to get the ACCESS DENIED Page which will prompt you to upgrade your membership.

Second…customer service is off on the weekends. So you’re stuck with me.
