A child can not defeat and adult attacker. No matter how many trophies, black belts or any other sporting endeavor are great but will not save them when faced with a determined adult assailant.
Fact: 80% of criminals are repeat offenders. This means they have experience and have spent time in prison. They know what they want and how to get it. Your best bet is to create a plan that enables your child to determine how to avoid the situation before it happens.
