      When teaching I would like to refer to the weapons offensive modules as

      Edged weapons offense
      Impact weapons offense

      Just saying knife fighting or stick fighting doesn’t really cover the potential. Fuck, edged covers everything from knives to screw drivers or scissors. Impact can be bats , pool cues. The principles are all the same regardless of weapons chosen.

      Thoughts on this?

      That’s exactly why we refer to those weapons like that. Once you understand the principals you can apply it to anything that pokes, slices or bludgeons.
