      It’s very simple, if you push your self in the drills you will get a great cardio work out.

      But that being said, in the master manual and in Module 7 we show you how to outline a fairly extensive training program that can be scaled to any fitness level.

      Use common sense, take your time and stop when to eel overwhelmed. Mark how far you went for next time. In a few weeks of a few times a week you’ll blow by that mark…or you might die of a heart attack, either way the work out will be over.
