This time I’m going to show exactly what to do if some guy bear hugs you and tries to pick you up or carry you away…
Anyone who does this to you is going to most likely be bigger, stronger and either want to slam you to the ground, carry you away or hold you so someone else can hit you.
Being attacked in this manner is scary, you feel powerless and will cause you to panic if you don’t have a plan.
Remember these steps:
- Try to keep your balance and stay on your feet.
- If your mouth is near something BITE IT.
- If your can get your fingers to the face GOUGE AND RIP.
- If they’re near the testicles GRAB AND SQUEEZ.
- Run Your feet and STOMP AND KNEE.
- Keep Going until you’re free.
Be BRUTAL, Be RUTHLESS.
